We offer  new-patient specials (which include an exam and needed X-rays) to help you make the best decision for your oral health. • Arrive 20 minutes prior to your appointment time the complete the registration process.
• You must bring a valid ID, a copy of your dental insurance card, updated medical care information and medications list.
• A parent/guardian MUST be present at the new patient appointment, if patient is a minor (under 18 years old).
• Your new patient appointment can take approximately 2 hours - 2.5 hours and it DOES NOT include a dental cleaning. Please plan your schedule accordingly.
• Your estimated copay can range, depending on your specific dental policy. Please be prepared for the maximum copay quoted to you when scheduling to appointment.
